Billing & Payment Policy

  • Bills are mailed the last business day of each month. Failure to receive a bill does not exempt you from payment obligations, late fees or disconnection.
  • PVUD bills are due on the 10th of each month.
  • If payment has not been received by the 10th you will be required to pay the late fee amount indicated on your bill.
  • If the 10th falls on a holiday or weekend the bill can be paid on the next business day with no late fee.
  • Bills postmarked on the 10th will not be charged a late fee.
  • If payment has not been received by the 20th water services will be cut off on the 21st and you will be required to pay all that is due plus the applicable reconnection fee before we can turn your water back on.
  • If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday you will have the next business day to pay.
  • Failure to receive a bill does not exempt you from payment obligations, late fees or disconnection.
