Billing & Payment Policy

  • Bills are mailed the last business day of each month. Failure to receive a bill does not exempt you from payment obligations, late fees or disconnection.
  • PVUD bills are due on the 10th of each month.
  • If payment has not been received by the 10th you will be required to pay the late fee amount indicated on your bill.
  • If the 10th falls on a holiday or weekend the bill can be paid on the next business day with no late fee.
  • Bills postmarked on the 10th will not be charged a late fee.
  • If payment has not been received by the 20th water services are delinquent on the 21st and you subject to a delinquent charge. Customer will have to pay all that is due fee before we can turn your water back on.
  • If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday you will have the next business day to pay.
